Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum, sell nothing, and hate spam as much as landfills.
01 → What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, and shipping address — that's what it takes to get a hoodie to your door. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. If you join the newsletter, we store your email. If you use the Wit Lab tagline generator, we process the product name you type but don't tie it to you.
02 → How we use it
Order data is used to fulfill and ship your order, send you a confirmation email, and a shipping notification. Newsletter emails are used only for the newsletter. We use analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate traffic — page views, referrers, device types — so we can make the store better. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
03 → Who we share it with
Only the services required to run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional emails), Google Analytics (aggregate site usage), and our shipping carriers (to deliver your package). We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Ever. That would be gross.
04 → Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: essential ones to keep your cart working, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to count visits. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without breaking the store.
05 → Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you at any time. Email orders@re-cycle.green and we'll handle it within 30 days. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. California residents have equivalent rights under CCPA.
06 → Data retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows Google's standard retention settings (14 months).
