01 → The deal
By using this site or placing an order with Re-Cycle Threads & Treads, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — but please don't use the store. These terms may be updated from time to time; the version on this page is always the current one.
02 → Products & pricing
We do our best to describe products and their recycled-material content accurately. Colors may vary slightly from your screen (screens lie a little). All prices are in USD and include what's listed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices, but never after you've completed a purchase.
03 → Orders & payment
Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. Payment is handled by Stripe and charged at checkout. We may cancel and refund any order due to stock errors, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes — and we'll always tell you why.
04 → Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, taglines, and copy on this site belong to Re-Cycle Threads & Treads. Please don't reprint our tees. Taglines you generate in the Wit Lab are yours to use for personal, non-commercial inspiration.
05 → Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (like consumer guarantees in your jurisdiction).
06 → Contact & disputes
Questions, complaints, or disputes? Email orders@re-cycle.green first — we resolve almost everything fast and like humans. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
