Shipping Policy
Carbon-offset on every box. Recycled packaging, obviously.
01 → Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 2–4 business days. Every piece is checked by hand before it ships. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email the moment it ships.
02 → Delivery estimates
United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days. Rest of world: 10–21 business days. These are estimates, not promises — carriers occasionally have their own adventures.
03 → Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. We periodically run free-shipping promotions — join the newsletter to catch them.
04 → Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive the tracking link by email, and you can always look up your order status on our Orders page using the email you ordered with.
05 → Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. Check your local customs rules before ordering.
06 → Lost or stuck packages
If tracking hasn't moved for 10+ days or a package is marked delivered but never arrived, email orders@re-cycle.green. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either reship or refund — you won't be left holding the (recycled) bag.
